We made an offer on the house that we wanted last Thursday and it was accepted!

On Friday, we had it inspected by a professional inspector and he was amazed at how good of shape the house is in for being 118 years old!

We close on June 27 (or before); load up the truck in Cushing on June 28 and unload in Thief River Falls on June 29.

We are amazed by how well everything is coming together.

GOD be praised!

I just want to thank Pastor Mark Bjorlo and The Journey North Community Church for inviting me to share during both their services last Sunday. Mark has been a great friend and generous colleague and I look forward to many Kingdom-expanding years, crashing hell’s party in northern Minnesota!

We’re headed back to Thief River Falls this week (29-30th). If all goes well, we’re hoping to make an offer on a house. Please pray that God will open all the doors and give us wisdom and discernment in this process.

Please keep Tranquil and our family in your prayers. He has had a really bad cough for over a week. He is in pain and not sleeping well; therefore, none of us are sleeping well. He gets sick like this 3-4 times a year. He had his tonsils and adenoids removed in February which we hoped would take care of the problem. But apparently not. So we’ll probably have to try and get back to the Ear, Nose and Throat specialist in St. Cloud before we move.

Please pray for his health, our strength and sanity and wisdom for the doctors in finding a long-term solution.

Update (May 27): Tranquil is finally getting better. He slept through the night last night (as did Noble!) and didn’t get up until 8:00 – like the 2nd time ever that’s happened. Praise God! Thank you for your prayers!
